Return & Refund Policy

At Pink Oasis, we aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong product delivered

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images or video).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, body sprays, and nail paints cannot be returned if opened or used.

Refunds

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account

Replacement

If eligible, we will provide a replacement product at no extra cost.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
